I played the excellent Trials of Mana remake last year and really enjoyed it, so when Visions of Mana was announced I added it to my wishlist immediately. A demo recently dropped, so I gave it a try.
The Division 2 is a game that I've been somewhat interested in for a while. It's always seemed like a pretty fun third person shooter. I've never jumped on buying it because it seems to thrive in multiplayer, and I've never had anyone that would commit to playing.
The Winged Histories is a difficult book to review. Much like A Stranger in Olondria, it's full of gorgeous, dense prose. Prose that can often be too dense, and often led to me losing interest and nodding off.
I've been a big fan of the Total War games for a long time, and I admit I've been disappointed by their focus lately. I like Warhammer, but the Three Kingdoms and Attila settings didn't interest me, and Rome is a little overdone. What I really want is Medieval 3, but as that doesn't seem like it's...
To the Moon is an experience. Released in 2011, just when indie games were exploding, I had never played anything like it before or since. It's an RPG, but there's no combat. It's kind of a visual novel, but there's some interactivity. The main draw is the story.
